At Specialized Fitness & Nutrition, we encourage our gym members to enjoy our community open hours or join us for our group training sessions!
A class based, functional fitness training modality that encompasses movements including strength training, conditioning and cardiovascular fitness with balance, mobility and flexibility.
As your Coach, we will take the time to get to know your fitness goals and develop a personalized plan of action to help you achieve those goals.
We will create a personalized workout routine to fit your needs whether you are training at home with minimal to no equipment or if you are an avid gym go-er with access to a fully equipped gym.
This program will put an emphasize on movements one may be more likely to see in every day work as a Firefighter, Law Enforcement Officer or Military.
We will create a nutrition plan that will help you reach your health and fitness goals. There will be weekly check-ins, help with grocery lists, and recipes.
Our Gym in Fairview, NC offers open gym hours for the community to come work out at their own pace and comfort level.
