We will have an in-depth phone call/ zoom/ face time session to further get to know you and address your online personal training goals as well as your current or previous workout history. I will create a personalized workout routine to fit your needs whether you are training at home with minimal to no equipment or if you are an avid gym go-er with access to a fully equipped gym. We will schedule weekly check-ins and clients will have access to text support during workouts. I’ll send you specialized and custom online personal training plans in weekly blocks to your fitness app for you to follow along with. When you first join our online personal training, you’ll be asked to fill out a quick consultation form.  This will help us devise that perfect plan for you. We’ll inquire about your fitness objectives, workout experience, how much time you have to exercise, what equipment you have access to (at home or at the club), nutritional preferences, and other factors. We’ll utilize this information to devise a workout plan that is best for you.
